We manufacture and distribute Chukum lime‑based coatings, pigments, waterproofing additives, sealants, adhesives, and related construction and decorative materials.
Our SMS program, Chukum SMS Alerts, may send you:

- Occasional promotional offers (only with your express consent).

No account is required to browse or purchase. If you create an optional account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it current.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Yucatán, Mexico. Disputes shall first be addressed through 30 days of good‑faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Mérida, Yucatán, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Class‑action participation is waived to the extent permitted by law.
14. AI and Automated Workflows
We may use artificial‑intelligence or automated systems to enhance the Services (e.g., personalize content, process data). No automated decision producing legal or significant effects on you will occur without human oversight. We will notify you of any material impacts and provide human review where required.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website and become effective on the date indicated. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. SMS Program Details
- Opt‑In: You must provide express written consent (e.g., checkbox at checkout) to receive SMS messages. Consent is not required to purchase products.
- Opt‑Out: Text “STOP” to any Chukum SMS to unsubscribe; you will receive confirmation.
- Rejoin: Text “START” to rejoin.
- Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month. Carrier rates apply.
